Construction of new double storey extension to the rear, new dormer window at first floor to the front, widening of existing front vehicular entrance, stand-alone bike shed in back garden and single storey stand-alone spa room, studio and tool shed at rear of back garden and associated works. Works also included the demolition works of the shed and breakfast room on ground floor, part rear wall at first floor and internal walls at ground and first floor. The proposed works to the dwelling will consisted of new kitchen/family room, bedroom extension with walk in wardrobe and en-suite and study area

We provided full Engineering, Architectural and PSPD services from Planning Stage through to Construction stage and Completion. Our brief from our clients was to modernise this contemporary dwelling and maintain the dwelling characteristics where possible. This was achieved through detailed meetings with our clients to ensure we captured and achieved what they were hoping for. The appointing of the correct contractor was hugely important to ensure they has the quality and experience to deliver this project, to which they excelled. Regular site visits, clear communication between client, contractor and ourselves and concise detailing ensured this project was delivered on programme and on budget in early 2024.
