Coughlan Consulting Engineering Services
We provided full Engineering, Assigned Certifier and PSPD services at Tender and Construction stages. Coughlan Consulting Engineering are delighted to be able to assist local clubs and the community in constructing a much needed clubhouse for Kilnamanagh AFC. We provided the structural design services for the main frame of the Building which is constructed in Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) and precast hollowcore slabs and first floor and roof levels. The precast roof structure has been designed to cater for a Green Roof system as part of our approach to sustainability The ground floor slab is a traditional ground bearing concrete slab with under floor heating. Our Assigned Certifier works required us to develop an inspection plan, coordinate inspections in tandem with other members of the professional design team and certify the compliance of the building or works with the building regulations by way of collating certification, inspection records and the submission of appropriate documentation to show compliance when completion.
