We provided full Engineering, Architectural and PSPD services from Planning stage and all through Construction and sign off stages. Planning and concept stage involved details design development workshops with our clients to ensure the their aspirations were captured and ensuring the site was fully utilized with the tapered nature of the site. We produced detailed Bill of Quantities for Tender, Tender Evaluation of the chosen contractors and meeting the preferred contractor to ensure everything was captured in their pricing to ensure cost certainty of the project. Construction stage services including attending site at regular intervals to monitor progress, chair meetings and produce minutes of meetings to ensure the project is delivered as quickly and cost efficiently as possible.
