Completed in 2023 – Alterations and extension of the existing dwelling, including a part two storey and part one storey extension to the rear south facing facade to include living room and kitchen accommodation at ground level and bedroom accommodation at first floor level, extending at first floor level over the existing garage to the side east facing facade to include additional bedroom accommodation, the demolition of the existing rear conservatory and garden shed, together with brickwork façade restoration, ancillary landscaping and site works.

We provided full Engineering, Architectural and PSPD services in Tender and Construction stages. Our works includes detailed design workshops with clients and appointed contractor to ensure all client aspirations were captured in the design package. Works including assessing existing building foundations to determine if additional floor was viable structurally. Our vision with the single storey rear extension was to minimise the depth of the cantilever roof structure to ensure the dominance of the feature glazing. Construction stage services including attending site at regular intervals to monitor progress, chair meetings and produce minutes of meetings to ensure the project is delivered as quickly and cost efficiently as possible.
